I emailed after ordering online to change the size, which was change & confirmed promptly by the retailer whose communication throughout Was excellent.
Jacket construction is very well made with a generous fit, and true to size So if your size 12 buy size 12. I also have long arms and struggle to buy jackets with long enough sleeve, I had no issues with this jacket and plan to buy another colour.
